Stick -to -it -ness and follow through. These words are missing from a lot of website companies vocabularies and mission statements. Not so at Q2. From the way the contract and work flow was explained, to the graphic design, everything flowed as it should and looked professional. Functionality wise, our site is a beast and a challenge for any website programmer. It's not a standard website that just looks pretty and gives information. The search functionality and video integration makes our site more difficult than most sites out there. Q2 rose to the challenge and stuck to the job no matter what. Time off was given up during the holidays, they put up with a barrage of emails and phone calls from our team and every time, they solved the challenges and offered ways to make it better. They were concerned about click through, bounce and conversion rates and were willing to do what it took to make it work. They succeeded and I have to give the Q2 team my gratitude for a job well done. Thanks Q2!
