Lori Briggs is the core of Core Body Solutions and no pun intended.  She has been orchestrating dry land training programs for the US Swim team for years, and has worked with such big names as Tyler Clary, Ricky Berens, and Michael phelps.  She needed a clean and professional website with a bit of an edge to display her great portfolio of work.  

For this project we used the Joomla Content Management System to facilitate the website.  The design and logo were done completely custom by Q2 Interactive Media.  The website included a jquery rotator graphic on the home page, testimonials that rotate in the sidebar, a custom contact form, and a gallery to showcase the people she has trainied.
