In order to setup email accounts, you'll need to login to your website's cPanel. To do this, you'll go to http://www.yourwebsite.com/cpanel. Remember to replace "yourwebsite.com" with your actual website address.
Once there, you'll need to login. When your account was first setup with us, you should have received an email with the login credentials for your cPanel. If you didn't, you can contact us to get the information.
After you have logged in to your cPanel, you'll want to locate the icon that says "Email Accounts". The icon will be an envelope with text below it. Click the envelope.
On the next screen, you'll be presented with a form.
You'll be asked to fill in the name you'd like for the email address. If you have multiple domains associated with this hosting account, you'll need to select the appropriate domain from the dropdown list next to it.
Fill in a password that you'll remember and then re-enter it for the sake of making sure it's exactly the way you want it.
In the "Mailbox Quota" area, you'll want to set it to be an appropriate amount. If you are only going to use the web version of your email, then leave the amount at 250MB. If you plan on using Outlook or another computer-based email program, you may want to set the number to be 50MB or 100MB.
